Karangura ecocamp works with Local Administration, Health Centers, schools and community Representatives to identify potential candidates. In general the candidate must be in primary one- senior four (equivalent of 3rd – 8th Grade by US standards)
This is where the interested volunteers come and help in the community projects like schools, women groups, Sacco, youth and vulnerable projects and Orphans group at a very small fee at the lodge especially those with different skills, like project planning,Teaching,Financial management and Human resource plus proposal writing.
