Karibu, Karangura eco camp is a social enterprise that is all about the community, and beyond thus promoting sustainable tourism through community and conservation programs. We bring under-served communities into the tourism supply chain and supports community development projects that facilitate people to sustain themselves through our initiatives.

We provide budget accommodation ranging from wooden cottages and an ample tranquil campsite. You can choose from a bed in a room (single, twin, Double) or a campsite with your own tents. Bathrooms are shared and have hot showers, soap, towels provided.

Karangura eco- camp is located adjuscent to two river streams of mpanga and Busonde that provide a unique sound. The eco- camp has been designed and crafted using local materials, fitted by artisians from the community.

Our cultural tourism scheme involves developing the community and promoting nature preserve through tourism and enhancing intercultural exchange programs, between the host local community and visitors. We believe that tourism, conservation, and community development can be merged because the three cannot work in isolation.
