Terms and Conditions – Karangura EcoCampsite.

1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance, with full or partial payment as agreed.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Group bookings (5+ people) require prior arrangement and a deposit.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Campsite Rules

• Guests must respect nature and avoid littering. Dispose of waste in designated areas.

• Campfires are only allowed in designated fire pits and must be extinguished before leaving.

• Loud music and disturbances are not allowed past 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.

4. Safety & Liability

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; Karangura EcoCampsite is not liable for lost or stolen items.

• Visitors must follow all safety guidelines, including those related to wildlife and hiking trails.

• Any damages to campsite property will be charged to the responsible guest.

5. Bar & Cultural Activities

• Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 and above.

• Guests engaging in cultural performances must respect local traditions and community guidelines.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival.

• No refunds for early departures or unused services.

7. General Conduct

• Respect other guests, staff, and the local community.

• Any guest found violating campsite rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
